• Items to UK destinations are shipped via Standard 1st Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail Standard Parcels depending on size.
• International orders are shipped via Airmail and delivery time can vary.
• Providing an item is in stock we always post goods same or next day.
• Shipping within the UK generally takes 1-3 days, but this can be longer at busy periods.
• We use Royal Mail approved printed labels and high quality padded envelopes or boxes for all our items.
• If your order is more than £30 a signature may be required upon receipt.

• The item was faulty when it was received, not after use.
• The item doesn't match it's description, e.g. a grey t-shirt is blue or a Region 0 DVD is actually Region 1, etc.
• You have ordered the wrong size and the item has not been opened.
• You ordered two of the same item but you only want one.
• You have changed your mind and items are unopened.

You may not return an item if:

• It has been opened or used; unless it's faulty.
• It has been more than 7 days since you received the item(s). Returns are only valid for a period of 7 days after you receive your item(s). We cannot accept returns after 7 days have passed.

• Before returning any goods you must e-mail sales@RockShopDirect.co.uk and inform us of the fault. Then, after we have e-mailed you the details, you may return the product.
• When returning products we request you use Recorded Delivery as we cannot offer any refunds for items lost in the post on their way back to us. Please include your invoice (that was sent with product) when returning goods; this will speed the process up. On the invoice please write if you would like a replacement or a refund.
• Once the goods have been inspected we will be able to offer a refund* or replacement (subject to stock). If the request is thought to be fraudulent we will follow it up appropriately.
• Refunds can be sent via personal cheque, PayPal, NOCHEX or refunded back to the credit/debit card used to pay for them.

* We cannot refund postage and packaging.
